September was such a special month for GNO, filled with opportunities to connect, support one another, and continue building the kind of community that makes GNO so meaningful.
From Brunch Break to Yoga Sculpt with Grace Yoga Space, our Central Jersey Social Hour in Brielle, and all of the conversations and connections that happened in between, we’re closing out September feeling incredibly grateful.
Now it’s officially fall, and we have so much to look forward to this October, including one of our biggest events of the year.

Hi GNO,
There’s something about the start of fall that always feels like a fresh reset. The schedules get busier, the year starts moving faster, and suddenly we’re looking at the last few months of 2026.
Before we rush into everything ahead, I want to take a moment to say how grateful I am for the way this community continues to show up.
September reminded me that GNO isn’t just about attending an event or exchanging business cards. It’s about walking into a room and knowing you’re surrounded by women who genuinely want to see one another succeed. It’s about the conversations that happen after an introduction, the referrals, the friendships, and the support that extends far beyond our events.
October is going to be a big month for us, and I cannot wait to celebrate with so many of you at our Bad Moms GNO event on October 21st. It’s one of those nights that truly captures what this community is all about: supporting women-owned businesses, having fun together, making new connections, and creating memories along the way.
As we head deeper into fall and toward the end of the year, keep making time to show up. Sometimes the connection or opportunity you need comes from simply putting yourself in the room.

Moments with Mary Ann & Paulie Gee’s
This month, we’re excited to spotlight GNO member Mary Ann Giannone, co-owner of Paulie Gee’s and the creator behind Moments with Mary Ann.
Mary Ann and her husband built an incredible story later in life, opening multiple pizzerias and businesses in their late 50s and earning national and international recognition along the way. Their journey is such a reminder that there is no deadline for starting something new, taking a risk, or building the business you’ve always dreamed about.
In 2025, they also published their first book, Pizza from the Heart, which brought together inspiring stories and recipes drawn from their experiences entertaining at home and running restaurants.
Mary Ann’s story blends entrepreneurship, hospitality, food, family, and the belief that some of life’s biggest opportunities can begin when you least expect them.

Bad Moms 5th Annual GNO
Wednesday, October 21, 2026, 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM
South Gate Manor, Freehold, NJ
Bad Moms GNO is back for its 5th year, and we’re gearing up for one of our biggest nights yet. This event takes the place of our regular October Social Hour, bringing the GNO community together for a night of shopping, dancing, networking, and celebrating women-owned businesses.
After welcoming more than 450 women last year, we’re on pace to do it again, with an even bigger experience and an opening performance from GNO member Nika Stewart and her band, Backtrack.
The first 250 tickets sold will also receive a GNO event swag bag. Proceeds from the evening will benefit the SMART Foundation.
