We are a rapidly growing community of women in business who show up for each other...in the boardroom, at the brunch table, in the group chat at 11pm. GNO is built on the belief that women rise faster when we rise together.

Every meetup is a no-judgment space designed to nurture and strengthen your network. Every member is a referral partner, a collaborator, and (often) a new friend. Every event is a reason to put on the outfit and remember who you are.

What is GNO?

GNO, short for Girls Networking Organization, is a New Jersey networking community for women in business. Founded by Nicole Guzzardi and Amanda Gyetvay, it connects female entrepreneurs, founders, freelancers, and professionals so they can build real friendships, real referrals, and real growth, all in a no-judgment space.

How much does membership cost?

Membership is $25 a month plus a one-time $99 setup fee. That covers a spot in the member directory, free members-only monthly meetups, newsletter and social spotlights, guest speaker opportunities, and access to member-only discounts and collaborations.

How do I join GNO?

You can become a member any time from the Become a Member page. If you would rather try us first, drop-in tickets to an open event are $35, and once you are a member you attend for free.

Where does GNO meet?

We host events across New Jersey all year, including monthly Brunch Break gatherings, members-only Social Hours, and a signature annual event. Locations rotate around the state, so there is usually something happening near you.

Who can join GNO?

Any woman in business is welcome, whether you are an established founder, a freelancer, a service provider, or just starting out. There is no revenue requirement or company size to meet. If you want to show up for other women and grow alongside them, you belong here.
