GNO was born from a simple idea...that women in business deserve a no-judgment space to show up, connect, and grow together.
We saw rooms full of business cards and not enough conversations. We saw networking groups that felt transactional, hierarchical, and exhausting. We saw women in business doing incredible work in isolation...wishing they had a tribe but unsure where to find one.
So we built it. We pulled together the most magnetic, generous, sharp women we knew, sat them at a long table, and made the only rule: no judgment, no hierarchy, no fake. Just show up as yourself, and lift the woman next to you.
What started as one meetup has turned into a continuously growing sisterhood of brunches, social hours, and larger events. Since then we've grown into multiple monthly meetups and a network of genuine bonds, women who truly show up for each other.
Women rise faster when we rise together. Connection is a strategy, not a luxury.
Everything we do, every event, every introduction, every newsletter, comes back to these four ideas.
Some will become clients. Some will become collaborators. Some will become mentors. And some will become lifelong friends. You never know which conversation will be the one you remember years from now.
